Holiday Order & Shipping Notice
Due to the busy holiday and sales season, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and delivered. Our team and delivery partners are working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.

 

Order & Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
  • We also have to right to refuse certain deliveries and orders and we will fully refund you if we refuse your order.

 

Order Amendments

  • If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your delivery address or product selection), please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Amendments can only be made before your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

 

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at orders@potensic.com.au or via live chat.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may be eligible to return your item under our Returns Policy.
  • If you refuse delivery of your order, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of the value of your purchase.

 

Shipping & Delivery

·         Shipping Cost (as applicable) will be automatically calculated at checkout.

·         Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping to most suburbs in metropolitan Australia. We are however unable to ship to certain locations and may not be able to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

·         International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.

  • Delivery time: The delivery time will depend on your delivery location; remote areas may take longer. Once dispatched, we estimate the delivery times of:

·         Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne Metro Areas: 3-8 business days.

·         ACT Canberra, Adelaide, Tasmania Metro Areas: 5-10 business days.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can check the tracking number through the transport carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your item has been shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not been updated by the transport carrier yet.
  • Signature upon Delivery: Our default shipping method does not require a signature at the time of delivery. Please note that confirmation from the transport carrier that your order has been delivered will be considered proof of delivery.
  • Delays: While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, unforeseen events (such as courier delays, weather or supply chain issues) may occasionally affect delivery times. We’ll endeavour to keep you updated if your order is impacted!

 

Risk of Loss or Damage

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order after your order is dispatched from our possession (i.e., after your product is tendered to the first carrier).
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
  • Furthermore, we are not responsible for loss and/or damages due to a third party’s conduct, including but not limited to transport carrier(s).
  • We suggest you promptly track your order and understand your delivery options.
